Refund Policy

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right.

 

Due to the custom nature of cut fabric and copyright restrictions on sewing patterns, these items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

 

All other merchandise may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery in new, unused condition with original packaging. To request a return, please email your order details and concerns to lemonadequilting@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns received without an RMA number may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a defective item.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
